  •  Change over day is Thursday.  The villa is available from 16:00 and we ask that guests leave by 10:00. 

  • 30% non-refundable deposit payable on booking.

  • Balance 8 weeks before departure.

  • You should arrange medical and travel insurance.

  • Residence at the villa is at your own risk.

  • All utilities, excepting telephone, are included in the charge.

  • You will need to hire a car.

  • We are happy to allow pets.

  • The villa is not suitable for children under ten as the pool is not fenced and there are a number of levels in the garden.

  • Smoking in or around the villa is not allowed
