The lounge and dining room are accessed from the entrance hall or kitchen and are divided by a wine rack and counter. 

Both rooms have patio doors opening on to the pool terrace. 

The lounge area has a Fogomontana wood burning fire. 

There is a TV, with english channels and a DVD player

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven ,hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. 

Leading from the kitchen is  the rear lobby which contains a second fridge freezer and access to the laundry room and back door.  The laundry room houses an AEG washing machine, AEG dryer, and the central heating boiler. 

There is also access from the kitchen to a side door, leading  to the terrace and a large stone dining table under shade.

To ensure that the villa remains cool and fly free, all windows are fitted with  fly screens and both metal security shutters and the more traditional wooden shutters.
