Outside the villa has a Pebble Pools swimming pool with beach entry, bubble seat, Jacuzzi and waterfall feature.  The pool is approx 4m 11m and ranges from 0.50m to 1.30m.  The pool is solar heated.

The terrace which surrounds the villa is terracotta tiles.  There is an outdoor, shaded, eating area with a stone table.

There are plenty of storage places under the terrace including a pump room for the swimming pool, a pump room for the Jacuzzi, and a wood store. 

The drive way is gravel and cobbles.  There is plenty of parking & a car port.

The lower garden is natural and planted with a range of trees including fig almond and lime. 

To the side is a garden with mature shrubs and pomegranate trees
