All bathrooms have bidets, heated towel rails, and have fitted  vanity units with inset sinks and mirrors above.  The bathrooms are fully tiled.

Hot water is supplied via 3 heating units. One for the master bathroom, one for the other 2 bathrooms and one for the kitchen. 

Water is supplied via a cisterna which is automatically filled, by  means of a float switch,  from the villa's own bore hole.  A water softener is fitted.

A cess pit is used for sewerage. 

 Bedroom three is on the ground floor and has - a patio door opening on to the terrace at the back of the house,  built-in wardrobe,  radiator & ceiling fan. 

The family bathroom is located next to bedroom three.  It has a full size bath with shower over, W.C. bidet and heated towel rail. 

Bedroom two has - a patio door opening on to a private balcony,  built-in wardrobe,  radiator, ceiling fan, A/C unit (which cools, heats and dehumidifiers). En-suite with large walk-in shower.
